We have recently outsourced our warehouse operation and are now looking for a proficient office based logistics assistant to facilitate the smooth transition of stock flow into the warehouse and out to our stores. The ideal candidate will be working closely with the Buying and Merchandising functions, along with the Warehouse on a daily basis, reporting into the Head of Merchandising to achieve KPIs and turnover stock to stores in a speedy time frame. .
• Plan Goods In with the Merchandising Team and Blue Inc.’s logistics partner • Plan Goods In with the Merchandising Team and Blue Inc.’s logistics partner • Record an accurate database of stock intake into the company • Maintain intake targets and inform key members on the team of delivery status’ and updates • Manage and update the external and internal Goods In databases • Manage dept. KPIs to ensure intake targets are being met • Investigate, solve and escalate key issues to relevant depts. • Maintain good relationships with Blue Inc’s logistics partner, suppliers and members of the internal team to facilitate smooth transition of stock into the warehouse and out to stores

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Previous experience of working in an office environment • Professional email tone • Ability to communicate comfortably with colleagues at all levels • Confident in prioritising own work load • Ability to work to deadlines in a fast moving and dynamic environment • Efficient multi-tasking skills • Proficient in excel, with knowledge and understanding of how to use v-lookups and pivot tables • Strong mathematical skills are essential • Flexibility to work over-time if required is desired
