Hi, here are Blue Inc's Terms and Conditions. Not the most exciting reading but it is important that you understand these before you buy anything from us. When you use this site you are agreeing to be bound by the information that is outlined below. These Terms and Conditions will be updated from time to time without issuing any notice of the changes, and will affect any subsequent order that you place so make sure you re-read them every time you make a purchase.

Product Information

When we place our garments on the website we do everything in our power to display them as true to the original and as accurately as possible. It is important to remember though, that as colour representations depend on your monitor, colours and visual representation may vary.
Variations may also occur in our descriptions and garments details, so while we take reasonable care to ensure that everything is correct we reserve the right to refuse or alter orders where information errors have occurred.
Our sizing and measurements are approximate but we try to make sure they are as accurate as possible.
Prices and size availability are liable to change without notice.

Placing an Order

When you place an order on Blue Inc's website we will email you an acknowledgement to say we have received your order. You can track when your order has been dispatched by logging onto your account.
We will not fully accept your order until it has been sent out of the warehouse and at this point the purchase contract will be completed and you will be charged via the payment method you specified as well as being sent an email letting you know that your goods have been dispatched.
Goods are subject to availability and we reserve the right to not accept any order for reasons including lack of available stock, non authorization of payment and errors in pricing and product information.
As we are constantly updating our website, we may sometimes offer specials and products that are not yet available in stores, conversely some offers may only be in shops and not available online.
If there are any problems with your order we will contact you as soon as possible.
At present we can only accept orders from within the UK.

Payment

We accept the following cards to pay for orders- Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, Master Card, Switch
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations you have 7 business days from the day you receive your order to cancel. If the order has already been dispatched, simply return to our Head Office address. In this case you will be required to pay postage for your returned items and we will refund items returned to the card that you made the purchase with.
We take absolute care to ensure that your details and payment are kept confidential but we cannot take responsibility for any third party accessing and using the data that you enter into our website.
All cards used for purchase are subject to checks and authorization. If your payment cannot be authorized we will not be able to send out your order but will contact you as soon as possible to let you know. However we will not be liable for any delay or delivery as a result.
All prices include VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order will include your delivery charges.

The contract between you and Blue Inc is governed by the laws of England and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England. This does not affect your statutory rights.
