Deliveries

We now deliver Worldwide as follows:

 

Standard UK:
£3.99 delivery charge. Royal Mail aim to deliver within 3-4 working days following the date your order is placed. For orders placed after 12pm on a Friday till the end of Sunday, we will process the following Monday or Tuesday if a Bank Holiday.

Express UK:
£4.99 delivery charge. Monday to Friday, Royal Mail aim to deliver to you within 1-2 working days. Any orders placed after 12pm Friday to Sunday will be processed on the Monday so you should receive your goods on Tuesday or Wednesday if a Bank Holiday.

European:
£6.99 delivery charge. Monday to Friday, Royal Mail aim to deliver within 5-7 working days, following the date your order is placed. Any orders placed after 12pm Friday to Sunday will be processed on the Monday.

Worldwide:
£11.99 delivery charge. Monday to Friday, Royal Mail aim to deliver within 7-10 working days, following the date your order is placed. Any orders placed after 12pm Friday to Sunday will be processed on the Monday.  

Do I have to sign for the goods?

Yes. All of our UK orders will be sent ‘Recorded Signed For’ so a signature is required on delivery. If no one is at the address you supply to sign for your goods, Royal Mail will leave a note that delivery was attempted and your parcel will be taken to the nearest Sorting Office where you can pick it up.

Can I get a delivery charge refund?

If an item is faulty, damaged, unfit for purpose or we have made a mistake on your delivery we will refund your delivery charge, unless the item is part of an order containing other items that were ordered by you. Delivery charges will also be refunded if you cancel your complete purchase within the seven day cooling off period.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You can use Track and Trace on Royal Mail's website to find how your order is getting on. Please note that the response that the Track and Trace service will give will be the items are only tracked after they have been delivered. This is because the status will change if Royal Mail have tried but been unable to deliver, or if the items have been delivered. You will also be able to see a Proof of Delivery online - a copy of the actual signature that was taken as receipt of delivery.

Returns

There is a problem with my item, what do I do?

We want you to be pleased with your purchases from BLUE INC so we guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a re-saleable condition with all tags attached within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. In the interests of hygiene we will not be able to accept returns on underwear, swimwear, pierced jewellery, and cosmetics unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. In addition to our returns policy outlined above you have seven working days under the distance Selling Regulations to cancel your purchase. Details of this are in our Terms and Conditions.

Suppose I want to return or exchange an item in the store?

Easy peasy. Just pop along to your nearest Blue Inc store and take your dispatch note and receipt with you. Also remember to take the card that was used to purchase the order online. The actual cardholder needs to be present when the return is processed, so if someone else made the purchase for you, you’ll have to bring them along!
Returns and exchanges can be made in all stores where those items are stocked, i.e womenswear can only be returned to our womenswear stores.

What about returns by post?

We offer free postage for your first return. Simply follow the instructions included in your order. It is important to go to the Post Office and get a proof of posting certificate, which will give you a tracking number. We cannot refund anything until we have received the goods back and will not take responsibility for any return post that does not arrive at our office or is lost in transit.
The refund will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse. Please note that it may take 2-3 working days for the refunds to show in your account and we will refund the card you made the purchase on. If you have any problems with refunds or your card please email online@blueinc.co.uk and we will be happy to help.

Can I get a refund on special offer items?

Yes. If you return a single item as part of the offer you will be refunded the price of the item minus the discount amount. A complete return of all items in the offer will result in being refunded the full offer amount.
