The role of e-marketing manager is to focus on greatly improving customer acquisition to the Officers Club and Blue Inc Websites. There are also opportunities to improve customer conversion and retention.

The role encompasses responsibilities for customer acquisition, conversion and retention.

Essential Functions

  • Liaise with third-party e-marketing service suppliers:
    • provide them with required information and content;
    •  monitor supplier’s ability to deliver to agreed schedules;
    • report any supplier issues to the Head of e-commerce.
  • Work to agreed schedules.
  • Regularly report on performance of e-marketing activities, including:
    • Affiliate advertising;
    • Banner network activity;
    • Retargeting;
    • SEO;
    • Pay-per-click (PPC).
  • Proactively seek out new opportunities for customer acquisition, conversion and retention.
