Deliveries

UK:
£2.99 delivery charge. Royal Mail Tracked Service.
Royal Mail aim to deliver within 3-4 working days of the date your order is dispatched.
EU:
£6.99 delivery charge.
Your order is despatched with Royal Mail and delivered by your local postal service.
Deliveries normally take between 5-7 working days of the date your order is dispatched.
Rest of the World:
£9.99 delivery charge.
Your order is despatched with Royal Mail and delivered by your local postal service.
Deliveries normally take between 7-15 working days of the date your order is dispatched, on occasions orders can take up to 28 days. Times will vary depending on your local Mail service.
Do I have to sign for the goods?
UK orders over £100 will be sent 'Recorded Signed For' so a signature is required on delivery. If no one is at the address, Royal Mail will leave a note to show that delivery was attempted and your parcel has been taken to the nearest sorting Office where you can pick it up.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to all countries apart from Romania and most African countries.
Can I get a delivery charge refund?
If an item is faulty, damaged, unfit for purpose or we have made a mistake on your delivery we will refund your delivery charge, unless the item is part of an order containing other items that were ordered by you. Delivery charges will also be refunded if you cancel your complete purchase within the seven day cooling off period.
Can I track my order?
Yes. For UK orders you can use Track and Trace on Royal Mail's website to see how your order is getting on.
For signed For Orders: You will also be able to see a Proof of Delivery online - a copy of the actual signature that was taken as receipt of delivery.
Where is my order?
UK orders: In the majority of cases delivery has been attempted and your order is waiting for you at your local Post Office depot. If you have checked and they do not have your order please contact our customer service department.
EU orders: Your local postal service may have attempted delivery and be holding your order, please contact them to find out. If they do not have your order please contact our customer services department.
Rest of the world orders: Orders to the rest of the world can take a long time, in some unusual cases it can be several weeks; this can be due to delays at customs or simply a delay in your local service. Please contact your local postal service to see if they are holding your order. If they do not have your order please contact our customer services department.
Returns
There is a problem with my item, what do I do?
We want you to be pleased with your purchases from BLUE INC so we guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a re-saleable condition with all tags attached AND THE ORDER FORM (or photocopy) within 28 days of receipt. We may not be able to refund you without a copy of the order form. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. In the interests of hygiene we will not be able to accept returns on underwear, swimwear, pierced jewellery, and cosmetics unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. In addition to our returns policy outlined above you have seven working days under the distance Selling Regulations to cancel your purchase. Details of this are in our Terms and Conditions.
Can I return underwear
No. We do not accept the return of underwear products.
Can I return or exchange an item in the store?
Just pop along to your nearest Blue Inc store and take your dispatch note and receipt with you. Also remember to take the card that was used to purchase the order online. The actual cardholder needs to be present when the return is processed, so if someone else made the purchase for you, you'll have to bring them along.
Please note: Paypal orders cannot be returned to stores, please use the postal returns service.

What about returns by post?
We offer free postage for your first return. Simply follow the instructions included in your order. It is important to go to the Post Office and get a proof of posting certificate, which will give you a tracking number. We cannot refund anything until we have received the goods back and will not take responsibility for any return post that does not arrive at our office or is lost in transit.
The refund will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse. Please note that it takes up to 5 working days for the refunds to show in your account and we will refund the card you made the purchase on. If you have any problems with refunds or your card please email online@blueinc.co.uk and we will be happy to help.
Refunds
How long does it take to process a refund?
When you have sent goods back to us for a refund, that refund can take up to 28 days to be processed and the monies appear in your account.
When you have cancelled an order before it is despatched banks can take up to 5 working days to process money back into your account.
Can I get a refund on special offer items?
Yes. If you return a single item as part of the offer you will be refunded the price of the item minus the discount amount. A complete return of all items in the offer will result in being refunded the full offer amount.
